Lara Salinas (UAL), Katie Patterson (North East Lincolnshire Council), Danielle Spinage (Essex County Council), Vicky Wang (Greenwich Council) and Elsa Bardout (Camden Council) facilitated a workshop at SDinGov with service designers from across local and central government. The session introduced LGSDN and the playbook initiative, then guided participants through creating and peer-reviewing case studies using structured templates and collaborative exercises. Participants responded positively to the hands-on format and feedback approach, highlighting the need for practical, usable resources and strong local government context. The session marked a key moment of in-person collaboration after weeks of distributed work, reinforcing the value of co-creating shared tools and knowledge as a community.
